I work with organisations to manage transformation – whether that is change in leadership, values, ways of working or direction. I can work with you to identify what needs to change, why it needs to change, and how long it might take. I am adept at involving staff and non-exec at all levels, bringing them together, creating boundaries and a clear road map with key milestones and objectives. I strongly believe that the process of achieving change is as important as the change itself, and provides a unique opportunity to test new ways of working and values. I provide on-going coaching to senior managers before, during and after change programmes and ensure that organisations are able to thrive.


I have designed and led leadership programmes for over a decade, with clear and demonstrable improvements for individuals and organisations who take part. My leadership programmes provide a space for people to consider their role in their organisation, the relevance of who they are to the work they do and to help them make plans for their futures.

My programmes create vital, long-lasting networks across a range of settings. What participants have in common is a desire to identify and manage the barriers that hold them back from effecting change.

I have developed specific programmes for women, LGBT people and black and minority ethnic groups. I deliver an annual women’s leadership programme for 36 senior leaders involved in social change. This programme is free for participants so that those who have little access to development programmes can benefit.


I have extensive experience of designing interventions with multiple elements in a range of sectors. Working with you and your team, I am able to diagnose the strategic need and design a programme with specific project outcomes and specific financial returns on investment. At the heart of any programme development is the development of staff and organisation to deliver the programme. I do not believe in creating a long-term over-reliance on external support. My objective is to hand over any new initiative at a time when a team can maximise outcomes and outputs. I will also work with the team to design practical and useful monitoring and evaluation tools for specific programmes or entire strategies.


Organisations from any sector need powerful strategies to continue to perform and out-perform. Good strategy creation is a process that involves the right people at the right time in the right way. It requires deep inter-personal engagement at every level of an organisation but also an ability to sit with, and manage, uncertainty. I am highly skilled at holding a group through the process of strategy development, providing them with the space they need to innovate and plan, providing input where necessary to widen perspectives and ambitions. The result is a strategy that is owned by all those involved in its creation, leading to successful outcomes at every level.
